We have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and refined sugar-free options, with a range of baked goods, fresh sandwiches, toasties, wraps, salads and more!

The kitchen at Merchant & Maker produces a large range of in-house specialties. Every day there is freshly baked organic breads in the morning, with a selection of specialty Danish rye bread and sourdoughs on the weekends. A delicious pastry section of house-made cakes, banana bread, danishes and cinnamon scrolls - which seems to be the crowd favourite.

We work our magic on two Synesso MVP Hydras, and grind on our EK-43, Mythos 1 and Mazzer KOLD’S. Our extra creamy milk is created with the famous UberMilk, with a hand from the Perfect Mousse.

With access to professional coffee equipment, and high-level staff training at Five Senses, we pride ourselves on making you your perfect coffee, each and every time. Whichever way you enjoy your brew, we can cater for you.

For our house blend we run the local Five Senses Coffee Hi Fidelity blend for a rich, caramel, floral highlighted sip, lingering with a velvety body. Perfect for any brew!

Like it black? So do we! We love to feature a range of Australian Roasters for weekly Single Origins or our daily Batch Brews. These beans are always available to take home with any of our brew gear for sale.
