Maker & Maker Bolognese Sauce

An all-round favourite, use this sauce on your favourite pasta or as a base for other dishes such as lasagna.

Ingredients: Free-range local beef mince tomatoes, onions, carrots, celeriac, mushrooms, tomato puree, red wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

Serves: 2-3 people.
